1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, govern all use of the 55bed website and any related mobile or desktop applications (collectively, "the Platform"). They apply to every person who accesses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or as a visitor browsing without an account.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 55bed, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

55bed reserves the right to require documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity, and a utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued letter dated within the last three months for address verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 55bed at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 55bed reserves the right to close all but the oldest verified account, void any bonuses claimed across the duplicate accounts, and withhold any winnings derived from gameplay conducted on the additional accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid, personally operated email address and mobile number. 3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 55bed username and password. 4.4 Prohibited Transactions

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55bed Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 55bed

55bed reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or a risk to the integrity of the Platform. During a suspension, access to account funds may be restricted pending the outcome of an investigation.

8.2 Closure by 55bed

Following an investigation, 55bed may permanently close an account if a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions is confirmed. In such cases, 55bed will notify the player of the decision and the grounds for closure. Depending on the nature of the breach, account balances may be returned, partially returned, or forfeited as set out in the specific circumstances and applicable policies.

8.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Upon receiving a closure request, 55bed will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds and then deactivate the account. 8.4 Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming Closures
